The physical warranty card is a mandatory document and must be presented at the time of service. Loss of warranty card may result in denial of warranty claims.
Warranty Coverage
What is covered under your limited warranty
Sangam Almirah warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing and workmanship defects.
All Sangam Almirah models (except entry-level products) are covered under a limited warranty for 10 years on locks and paint only.
Warranty is applicable only against defects in locks and paint.
Warranty becomes void if the product is tampered with or repaired by unauthorized persons.
Warranty Exclusions
What is not covered under warranty
Mirror and glass components are not covered under warranty.
Physical damage after delivery — including dents, scratches, and paint damage — is not covered.
Rusting caused by moisture exposure, water contact, or improper placement is not covered.
Channels and hinges are not covered under warranty.
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or natural disasters is not covered under warranty.
Installation Guidelines
Recommended setup for safe and proper use
The almirah must be installed on a level and stable surface.
The almirah should be used indoors and kept away from water and moisture exposure.
Place wooden supports or blocks under the legs of the almirah to help prevent rusting caused by floor moisture.
Do not remove, damage, or tear the model and serial number sticker.
Safety & Usage Precautions
Important precautions to protect your product
Do not store highly inflammable items inside the almirah.
Do not store acid, salt, detergent powder, detergent cake, shampoo, or any chemical products that may damage the paint or surface finish.
Match the lock number with the key number before using the key.
Keep the keys away from children and do not store the keys inside the almirah to avoid accidental locking.

All disputes and legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Muzaffarpur (Bihar) courts only.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India and the state of Bihar.
